Vriksh Farms Private Limited is brainchild of Artist Siddhi Suryavanshi and Designer Harsh Suryavanshi. Both of them are foodie; have passion to eat and provide pure desi, chemical free and natural food to everyone around. Oil is the most important ingredient in Indian kitchens. We used to buy all so called pure and organic food-vegetables and ultimately end up putting them into processed refined oils. Where we were loosing all the nutritional values of pure food.
From ancient times, India used to consume natural produced cold pressed oils until few decades back, when Indians were introduced to refined oils. Big brands hammered our brains with advertising and cheap pricing resulting in completely vanished Indian traditional methods ie. wooden churners (लाकडी घाणा) from our society. This resulted in drastically increased number of lifestyle patients (heart, stroke, cancers, muscles etc) among Indians.
Our cold pressed oil manufacturing unit is just a little move towards bringing healthy and pure food comeback in our kitchens. We are currently researching and working with different types of real foods at our farms towards making them affordable for everyone without disturbing natural nutritional values. We recently acquire a piece of few hectors of land in the naturally beautiful and healthy location at Pench Tiger Reserve.
